Great Britain 1890-1917 Postcard collection starting with 1890 Jubilee of Penny Post unused cards (2 diff) in blue (spotting/soiling) plus 2 "Rowland Hill" & 1 "Horses & Carriage going to left" in fine cond. (latter toned). Used cards are arranged in chronological order from 1871 (½d purple), 1882 (embossed oval), 1888 (Portuguese 20r pink), 1900 (½d orange with "AE" private perfin) plus 4 more 1900-1901 QV before KEVII 1902 (7 diff pictorial cards), 1903 (7), 1904 (4) & 1905 (15) noting Tas 1d pictorial on ppc to England with "2?/FB/A" tax mark. Also GB 1d KEVII to France, 1905/06 local ½d use (8) & 1907 (7), 1908 (3), 1909 (4, incl triangular Lands End h/s), 1910 (3), 1911 (3 KEVII, 1KGV first Mackennal), 1912/13 (6 incl Dundee machine date stamp) before 1915-1917 range incl 2 censored & 1918 (2 SP), 1929 (using UPU 1d) & Ireland 1955 with 2d Map. Majority are scenic cards with a mix of b&w & colour. A few stained but may fine with a list of card subjects on inside cover. (106)
