MITCHELL 376A Murray St, Perth WA" cachet in blue ink lower left. Perth regd & Midland Junction b/s's. The Perth Regd cds date of 10 DEC 1931 differs from the 17 NOV 1931 published in ACSC. Were the stamps issued at a later date in Perth? Was the date in the cds wrongly set? Was the letter "lost" in the Postbox or Post office & cancelled as a matter of course at a later date? Exc cond.
