Germany-Berlin 1948-1990 MLH/used on leaves in Lighthouse luxury peg-fitting binder. Noted black ovpts (excl 30pf, 40pf) with top vals MLH, red ovpts used to 80pf, 1949 UPU MLH with defins & Goethe sets used. 1949 Relief Fund missing but thereafter mainly used (1953 Church MLH) & complete to 1976 noting 1977-1990 MLH/used with 20 odd common missing.
