1956 (21st June) Nor-West Whaling Co. Ltd Air Mail cover from Point Cloates & addressed to Melbourne with 6½d green & 7½d blue KGVI & 2½d blue QEII tied by Pt Cloates E30 cds's. "NOR-WEST WHALING CO. LTD." cachet in mauve. Point Cloates was a whaling station 100km SSW Exmouth operating from 1952 to 1957. Covers are understandably rarely seen & this cds is rated "1". A lovely item.
