1841/57 1d red brown imperfs x 7 used showing normal blued paper & varying degrees of the "ivory head" on reverse. Prussiate of potash was added to the ink as a security measure & diffused through the paper when damped, showing the outline where the ink was at its darkest/deepest. (7)
