1941 (21st Jan) Geneva to Melbourne metered Red Cross International printed env addressed with Opened by Censor tape tied by "Passed by Censor" cachet. Probably contained POW mail & sent on the Horseshoe route taking 74 days to Lisbon & then by PAA through to NZ via USA. "Received 5 APR 1941" boxed b/s. A possible explanation to the length of time is supplied with cover.
