Cook Is incls 1964 to 5/- plus later surcharges to 50¢ incl 30¢ (SG 216, Cat. £32) & a good coverage of commems. Pre-KGVI with basic used low vals followed by mixed MLH & used KGVI incl Coronation & UPU sets. QEII to 1972 with commem sets MLH.
