Postal History 1929-1937 period in small Austral Stationery box. All addressed to Australind, WA from a variety of Vic & NSW offices plus 5 x Great Britain QV covers of 1891 to 1897 to same address. Noted 1937 Die I 1d & 2d FDC, 1934 2d Vic Cent with "platypus" on Centenary cinderella, 1929 KGV 4½d embossed used regd env, 1932 2d SHB with opening celebrations boxed slogan, 1933 regd cover with 5d KGV paying correct rate (from NSW), 1937 FDC with Airmail 3d uprate (from Vic) & 1932 6d Kingsford Smith brown Air on cover from Vic. Also 1934 illust Vic Cent Philatelic Exhib cover with 2d Macarthur tied by special hexagonal cachet & 1940 AIF set on FDC. Mixed cond but an interesting original group. (30)
