1902 (17th Apr) small "On Her Majesty's Service" printed cover with "HER" struck out with "His" in m/s above. Addressed to Cunderdin, Eastern Railway with Land Titles Department Western Australia frank stamp W.260.2 in violet ink (late use). Karman reports very limited use from 28th May 1898 to 13 March 1902 (rated rare) plus light oval "R" also top right & Registered Perth RRS below. Bold Northam duplex transit DxPO in 5 also lower right with boxed "UNCLAIMED" above. Dead Letter Office markings on reverse x 2. A scarce provisional cover with the "His" update. Incls the original Transfer of Land Act notice. Both in very good condition.
